Shipping policy

We work with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network, to produce and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.

Fulfilment & Production

Each product is made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you once the order is placed, we don’t keep stock.

Production time:

  • Usually 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been printed and shipped.

Because products are made to order, slight variations in colour or print placement may occur.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Your order is shipped from the Gelato fulfilment centre closest to your delivery address to ensure faster and more eco-friendly delivery.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • UK & Europe (non-EU): 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or high seasonal demand (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.
We aim to keep costs as low as possible using Gelato’s local printing network.

Occasionally, if items in your order are produced in different facilities, they may arrive in separate parcels , you won’t be charged extra for this.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor the delivery status.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcels

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • Being unclaimed at the destination,

you may be charged the reshipping cost to send it again. Refunds are not available for personalised items in such cases.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived 15 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at artlab2420@gmail.com.
We will investigate with Gelato and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

Note: Production times may be longer during Christmas and New Year holidays
