Our products are printed and shipped on demand via Gelato, an international print-on-demand network. Each order is produced by the Gelato facility nearest to your delivery location.

Personalised items – no change-of-mind returns
Most of our products are made-to-order and personalised. Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom items. As a result, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reasons on personalised goods. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective or not-as-described items.

Legal guarantee for defects (applies to all consumers in the EU)
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 72 hours of delivery (for faster processing) at artlab2420@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/video.  We will open a claim with Gelato and arrange either a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

Change-of-mind returns

As stated above,  our products are made-to-order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour variations. Please double-check your size and design before confirming your order.

Wrong address or uncollected parcel

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or being uncollected, we can resend it once the new shipping fee is paid.

Where to send returns

In most cases, physical returns are not required, as defective items are resolved through photos and reprints from Gelato. If Gelato requests a return for inspection, we will provide the appropriate return address (which may vary depending on the fulfilment location).

Quality & print tolerance
Minor differences in colour (screen vs. fabric) and small print placement tolerances are normal in textile printing and are not considered defects. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return (defects/incorrect items)
To start a return, you can contact us at artlab2420@gmail.com and you will receive more information regarding where the returns will need to be sent. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
